Registration is available for individuals from both member and non-member companies. A member discount does apply. Companies that supply, manufacture and train construction companies and products are required to register as an exhibitor, sponsor or as a non-exhibiting supplier.
Online registration will close on July 16, 2025. On-site registration will be available for an additional $100 per person. Please visit the CFA registration counter on Thursday at 11:00am if you wish to register on-site.

July 17 (Day 1) - Thursday: Meetings, Networking & Awards Gala
Typically this day begins with the Board of Directors meeting and adds meetins for the National Associates' Council and other Task Force meetings as necessary. Also taking place on this day is the Emerging Leaders (Young Professionals) social outing, which is by invitation only. The day concludes with a happy hour small-group networking with our sponsors and an all-person event dinner and awards banquet. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the CFA will be the theme this year.
July 18 (Day 2) - Friday: Education, Networking and Evening Social
The first day of education features the opening keynote address along with featured presentations for construction business operations and leadership presentations. Lunch will offer a specific interactive environment to dedicate time with the products and technologies. The early afternoon will challenge you to find safety success with more dedicated networking between suppliers and attendees returns. After an afternoon break, all gather for another happy hour with the exhibitors followed by the evening group social event.
July 19 (Day 3) - Saturday: Education and Closing Social
The final official day of CFACON begins with presentations focused on economics and profitability, along with the big finish of our closing keynote, Sandy Gennaro. Stay with us to the end with a culminating evening social activity in the heart of Deadwood, a limited ticket to the Trial of Jack McCall, and a return to Bill's Bar at the DMG following the trial for one more chance to trade contact information and interest.

The National Associates Council has directed a change to this year's event where formal exhibits have been replaced by extended and more creative ways to develop intentional networking. Attendees will be paired with exhibitors in expanded and lengthened sessions with sponsors and suppliers while other sessions will feature small group interactions of contractors working in teams with suppliers.
