Construction professionals make hundreds, if not thousands, of decisions every day. Navigating the complexities of running a business alone is challenging enough, but staying current with industry advancements, adapting to new codes and specifications, and managing new materials all add layers of difficulty. Balancing the pressure to deliver structural integrity on schedule often means reaching out to trusted colleagues for perspective and solutions.
That is where CFA steps in. Beyond serving as a critical technical authority for the cast-in-place concrete industry, CFA offers resources designed to connect you directly to industry expertise. The CFA Member Connect Hotlines provide members with access to professionals who can help address complex technical challenges and business questions. With these tools, you gain more than compliance, you understand the reasoning behind technical requirements and see firsthand how your peers are solving similar issues. Through this program, CFA links members to its own team, a library of technical resources, its network of industry experts and even the engineering experts at the American Concrete Institute, empowering you to review technical codes and industry standards with confidence.
The CFA Member Connect Hotlines are designed to be your network for industry connection.
We have restructured our support system to give you direct access to the collective wisdom of the industry. Whether you are facing a critical technical failure or need advice on business operations, you now have a direct line to the answers you need.
When technical inquiries arise or code questions impact your project, the 911 Hotline coordinates access to a suite of industry resources focused on technical clarity and compliance. Through this program, members have access to a contact list of suggested technical consultants, and when your questions relate to codes, specifications or standards, gain access to the engineering team at the American Concrete Institute for review. Members also have access to the CFA Technical Committee, ensuring each challenge is met with input from seasoned professionals and authoritative sources.
A recent enhancement to the 911 Hotline is the ability for members to connect directly with ACI code engineers for in-depth reviews of technical codes and standards. When your inquiry involves codes, specifications or industry standards, the program coordinates a connection with ACI’s engineering team, ensuring your questions receive informed review and interpretation from the source.
