EVENT OVERVIEW

September's Best Practice call is on 9/20/23 at 12pm EST (11:00am Central/10:00am Mountain/9:00am Pacific)

Hosted by Scott Renfroe and Jason Ells, the group will be delving into details of The Green Box Exercise. This was a top rated topic at CFACON23 presented by Scott. Whether you were present or are just hearing about it, you will be (re)introduced to the challenge popular in Vistage settings and the story that brought it about. We’ll then step into key individual components of the Exercise list. In the end, we’ll talk about accountability and who you might consider (need) a partner. Those that were in attendance, have you used aspects of the exercise to start planning and communicating since you've been home? If you haven't dug in yet- you won't want to miss this meeting as the group uses the call to work through ideas together!
